The Villa • The very well-equipped luxury Holiday Villa Verano is located in a fantastic position in the prestigious private residential area of Monte de los Almendros ("the almond hill"), above the village of Salobreña on the Costa Tropical in southern Spain. • Villa Verano offers wonderful panoramic sea views of the Mediterranean coast, the whitewashed town of Salobreña with its 10th-century Moorish castle and the often snow-capped mountains of the Sierra Nevada. • The Holiday Villa has a lush, tropical and private garden with bananas, grapefruit, mandarins, Nisporas, pomegranates, mangos, chirimoyas and avocado trees. The villa is in a very quiet location, almost at the end of the villa district and therefore with very little through traffic.  • There is a fantastic private, heated pool (heating up to 30°C = 86°F possible) and large, enclosed terraces with plenty of outdoor seating for the full enjoyment of the wonderful climate of southern Spain and the magnificent view of the blue-turquoise Mediterranean coast. Bedrooms • The Holiday Villa is comfortably equipped for 2 - 6 adults and 1 baby. On about 155 m² it offers 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en suite). There are two bedrooms on the main level: the master bedroom and one of the other two double bedrooms. To the third double bedroom on the second floor leads a wrought iron spiral staircase. It is a romantic, round tower room with private private balcony and panoramic views of the sea and mountains. • The master bedroom has its own, large bathroom. This can be opened to the pool terrace. The bedroom offers stunning views of the sea and the coasts and has direct access to the andalusian terrace. • Electric heaters and air conditioners are available in all bedrooms and living areas! Living Room and Kitchen • Villa Verano offers a bright living room with a semi-circular lounge with vaulted Andalusian windows. There is an open fireplace (logs are provided for free throughout the winter), a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nescafé Dolce Gusto Espresso / Cappuccino coffee machine, sandwich maker, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board. • The holiday villa has satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and broadband internet access (WiFi).  Outdoor Area • The living area opens onto a terrace with Andalusian arches, a rattan sitting area for morning breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening and a breathtaking view to the sea and Salobreña. This terrace leads to another spacious terrace with the fantastic heated and private swimming pool (10m x 4m, - heated up to 30°C), surrounded by a large private garden and access to a terrace with a brick BBQ and an open air-dining area. • The terraces are all on the same level and offer a magnificent view. The pool terrace leads down a staircase with andalusian tiles to the garden with lawn, fruit trees and rose bushes and spectacular views to the sea and the beaches of Salobreña. |

Salobreña and Monte de los Almendros  • The location of Villa Verano on Monte Los Almendros not only offers a magnificent view of the sea and surrounding sights, but also the privilege of being close to many of the most picturesque and enchanting historical destinations of Andalusia. It is just a short walk to the public sports facilities of Monte de los Almendros, with free access for our guests. • 18-hole Los Moriscos Golf Club with lovely restaurant is only five minutes away by car. Sierra Nevada Ski Resort "Sol y Nieve", Spain's highest and best-known ski area, is 90 minutes away. Outside the ski season, the beautiful mountains of the Sierra Nevada are ideal for hiking and picnics. • The historic city of Granada, with its magnificent Alhambra Palace, can be reached in less than an hour via an excellent motorway. The picturesque villages of the Alpujarras, where you can still experience the original craftsmanship of the Andalusian region, are only 40 minutes' drive from Salobreña. • Salobreña enjoys the warmest and sunniest winter in Europe and probably also the most beautiful summer in Andalusia. The microclimate is made possible by the nearby mountain chain of the Sierra Nevada, which shields the region of the Costa Tropical from the extremes of the summer heat and winter colds of the continent. • Another plus is Salobreñas authentic Spanish culture. Andalusian traditions are not only alive on holidays but also in everyday life.
